ADA Compliance The Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) are technical standards developed by the World Wide Web Consortium (W3C)¹ under the Web Accessibility Initiative (WAI) to make web content accessible to everyone, including people with disabilities We scan every website that we develop strive to make the website ADA compliant. ADA compliance varies from website-to-website.

Bing Webmaster Installation Bing Webmaster is a platform that provides detailed website performance on Bing search. Bing Webmaster is a tool that aids in the optimization of SEO and track traffic on Bing.

Google Analytics Installation Google Analytics is a powerful service provided by Google that provides a method to track and analyze user activities on websites and apps. Google Analytics is a tool that aids the assestment of the online audience to make make data-driven decisions to improve the online presence.

HTML5 Standard HTML5 paired with JavaScript3 is the latest standard of website programming as the base level of programming. This is the standard that we apply when we code websites.

Responsive Design Responsive design is the process of developing a website with the ability to adapt to various screen sizes.

Security Socket Layer Certificate An SSL certificate allows visitors to communicate with your websites over secure connections—for example, to submit credit card payment information. SSL is a security measure that is added to the universal resource locator (url) when sending data over the Internet. SSL is required for your website to rank in Google. We apply the minimum application needed to rank in Google, which is Domain Validated (DV) SSL. Upgraded SSL is available through 9o9Domains.

Succession PlanThe Succession Plan is what happens to your website in the event that 9o9Designs is no longer able to administer services. Details on the succession can be accessed on our Succession Plan page.

Standard Support Standard support is the second tier of website support. Standard support is included with every website plan that is produced by 9o9Designs with the exception of the Intro CS plan. Visit the Support Details page for information on what is included with Standard Support.

Unlimited Standard Inner Pages When your website is developed, it may or may not include a custom designed inner page. Custom designed inner pages are limited to the number of custom pages purchased, whether purchased through a website plan or as an add-on. Standard inner page is a layout that we apply that includes a header section, content section, and a footer section. There is no limit to the number of standard inner pages that can be included with the development of your website.
