Client Support

Clients can log into my9o9 portal to submit support tickets or to contact support by phone.

Client support is included with all websites, except for the Intro CS. The following is included with standard support:

  • Content text changes
  • Content updates
  • Image changes
  • Color changes
  • Standard page additions
  • Bug fixes

Custom programming and/or 3rd party integrations is not included and a quote is required.
